Each location on the seal is associated with a particular Roshambo gambit and has an
answer with a hidden Roshambo strategy inside. By pitting the strategy against the
gambit, following the rules stated in the puzzle, you get a tertiary number. Map that
number into the alphabet and read around the seal to get your answer.
